Orlando is served by the Orlando International Airport.

ITS provides attendees with airline reservations at the lowest available fare, plus—

  provides convenience of booking housing and travel at the same time
  offers full mileage credit for frequent flyer members
  provides easy payment by most major credit cards

ITS charges a $20 service fee per ticket. Go online or call ITS at 800-621-1083, and reserve your seat on any airline. ITS is open 8 a.m.–5 p.m., CST, Monday through Friday. The ACC has arranged discounted fares with United Airlines. Contact ITS, your travel agent, or the airlines to make reservations. Refer to this ID number for discount fares:

Airport Shuttles and Taxis

The College has arranged discount fares on airport shuttles operating from Orlando International Airport to area hotels.

One-way taxi fare from Orlando International Airport to downtown Orlando is approximately $29–$34.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle bus services are provided for individuals who make housing reservations through ITS. Shuttle buses to and from hotels and the Convention Center will be available Sunday, March 6 through Wednesday, March 9.

Car Rental

The ACC has arranged rental car discounts through Hertz. To obtain the special ACC ’05 rates, contact ITS or Hertz.

Parking

Parking is available at the Orange County Convention Center, currently $10 per vehicle per entry, with no in/out privileges. Most ACC ’05 hotels have parking facilities. Check with the hotel property for rates.
