Accreditation
Continuing Medical Education Credit
The
American College of Cardiology Foundation is accredited
by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education to provide continuing medical education for
physicians. The College takes responsibility for the
content, quality, and scientific integrity of this continuing
medical education activity.
The College designates this educational
activity for a maximum of 32.5 Category 1 credits toward
the American Medical Association’s Physician Recognition
Award. Each physician should claim only those credits
he or she actually spent in the activity.
The American Medical Association
has determined that non-U.S. licensed physicians who
participate in this CME activity are eligible for AMA
PRA Category 1 credit.
Continuing Nurse Education
Credit American College of Cardiology Foundation
is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education
by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission
on Accreditation.
Meeting Evaluation and Credit Reporting System

Credit cannot be doubly awarded for sessions taking place concurrently. ACC.06 and i2 Summit registrants in the following professional categories have access to the system: ACC Member; ACC International Associate; ACC Cardiac Care Team Member; ACC Member Fellow in Training; Scientific Session Abstract Presenter; Nonmember MD/DO/PhD; Nonmember Trainee/Resident; Nonmember/Nonphysician; and One Day.
Those categories not eligible are Nonmedical; Practice Administrator; Family Member; Exhibitor; and Exhibits Only.
