Registration
How and where do I register?
You may register at the registration counter located in Hall A1 or at the satellite registration counter located in Lobby C.
What are the hours for onsite registration in Lobby C?

I pre-registered for ACC.06 and i2 Summit. Where do I pick up my materials?
i2 Summit materials can be picked up in Lobby C at the Materials Pick-Up kiosk. ACC.06 materials pick-up counters are located in Hall A1 and Lobby C.
I have registered for ACC.06, but now I would like to attend one day of i2 Summit. How do I go about doing that?
Visit the i2 Summit registration counter located in Lobby C or Hall A1 and purchase a one-day i2 Summit pass for $250.
I am not registered for ACC.06 and I would like to attend i2 Summit for one day. Can I do that?
No. Only registrants for ACC.06 are eligible to purchase a one-day pass to i2 Summit.
I only want to register for i2 Summit and not ACC.06. How can I do that?
You are not able to register for i2 Summit only. You must register for ACC.06 and i2 Summit combined.
I have registered for i2 Summit and ACC.06 as a non-member, but now I have paid my ACC membership dues. How can I get a refund?
No refund is available. Your registration status stays the same.
I would like to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
As printed in the Advance Program, refunds will not be issued after Tuesday, February 21, 2006.
What is the cost for attending the Nurse/Tech@i2 program?
All i2 Summit registrants may attend Nurse/Tech@i2 at no additional charge.
How do I know whether or not I am registered for i2 Summit?
You badge must be solid orange to allow access into any i2 education session room or the area of Rooms 303-308 (Community Room, Faculty Lounge, Speaker Ready Room, or Staff Office).
How do I know if I am registered to visit the exhibit hall?
All ACC.06 and i2 Summit registrants have access to the exhibit hall.
What should I do if I lose my badge?
Attendees are required to wear a badge at all times. Should you lose yours, please visit the Information/Registration kiosk in Lobby C. As with any metropolitan area, ACC does not recommend wearing your badge outside the Georgia World Congress Center.
I am an international registrant. Where can I pick up my certificate of attendance?
International attendees can pick up a Certificate of Attendance at the Materials Pick-Up kiosk located
in Lobby C.
Can I bring a family member with me to ACC.06 and i2 Summit?
Yes, family members are welcome. There is a $100 fee (payable on-site at any registration counter) per family member over the age of 12 years. Note: Family members may not attend education sessions and children must be supervised at all times.

What are the Exhibitor Hours in Hall B?
Saturday, March 11: 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Is there a interfacility bus that will take me from Hall C to Hall A/B
No, there is no interfacility bus.
How do I access the Shuttle Service to hotels?
Shuttle Service will operate from the Georgia World Congress Center and the official ACC hotels on a daily basis (except Embassy Suites at Centennial, Westin Peachtree, Wyndham Atlanta Downtown, Omni@CNN Center, The Glenn, Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown, Days Inn Downtown, Quality Hotel, and Holiday Inn Downtown.) General hours of operation are listed below. Check the shuttle sign posted in the lobby of each hotel for additional information, changes, frequency of service and boarding locations.

*Last motor coach departs the Georgia World Congress Center at this time. Last motor coach departs hotel approximately 90 minutes prior to this time. The Georgia World Congress Center is the transfer point for all routes.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at the Georgia World Congress Center. Parking costs $10 per day for the parking decks and $8 per day in the surface lots per entry.
Where can I make arrangements for a taxi?
Visit the taxi stand outside Lobby C.
How long will it take to walk from Hall A to Hall C?
Walking from Hall A to Hall C can take up to 15 minutes. Please allow enough travel time between sessions.
If I need to use a computer, where can I go?
Visit the Information Station (Lobby C), Faculty Room (C306-307), or Community Room (C304-305).
There are additional information stations at ACC.06 at A/B Concourse, outside of Room B312, outside of
Room B209-B210, and across from the Terraces.
Where can I access the internet on my personal computer?
Wi-Fi access is available in all hallways in Building C and in Hall C3. If you need assistance accessing Wi-Fi, please visit the Wi-Fi help desk located in Lobby C.
Is there a place where I can meet and mingle with colleagues?
Yes-- the Community Room, located in C304-305.
What is the community room? Where is it located?
The Community Room is located in C304-305. The Community Room has been provided to all i2 Summit registrants. Please join your colleagues for complimentary snacks and beverages.

Where can I purchase enduring materials from the meeting?
All sessions, except abstracts of original contributions, will be recorded to be sold in MP3 CD, iPOD, and
audio cassette format during and after ACC.06/i2 Summit. Sessions recorded are indicated in the Final
Program by a CD symbol. An order form is also in the Final Program. You may purchase enduring materials at the Education Sessions kiosk located in Lobby C. The hours are as follows:

How do I get to the Exhibit Hall?
You may access the Exhibit Hall (Hall B) through the walkway in Building C in between the Main Education Session (Hall C3) and VIVA@i2 (Hall C2).
Where is the business center?
The business center is located in the Lobby C Entrance.
Full business services are available at this location. There is an additional business center at ACC.06 at the entrance to Lobby B.
Where is the first aid station?
First Aid is located in Hall C3.

Faculty
I have heard that ACC.06 and i2 Summit faculty are not required to pay a registration fee. Is that true?
Yes, ACC.06 and i2 Summit faculty speakers and presenters are not required to pay the registration fees. If you did pay the fee, your money has already been refunded.
What is the faculty lounge? Where is it located?
The faculty lounge is in room C306-307. This lounge is provided for i2 Summit and ACC.06 faculty. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be available. A concierge is also provided for your convenience.

Who has access to the faculty lounge?
All ACC.06 and i2 faculty, including Late-Breaking Clinical Trial presenters, both oral and poster abstract presenters, and Structured Session presenters have access to the Faculty Lounge in C306-307. You must have a blue “faculty” ribbon on your name badge to gain entrance into the Faculty Lounge.
Where can I get blue “Faculty” ribbon?
You may pick up the “Faculty” ribbon to attach to your name badge at the Faculty Reception or in the Faculty Lounge.
Can anyone help me with changing travel arrangements and/or making a dinner reservation?
Yes, please visit the concierge in the faculty lounge in C306-307 or the Atlanta Information Desks in Lobby C for assistance. You must have a blue “Faculty” ribbon on your name badge to access the lounge.
Where can I upload my presentation?
You can upload your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room, Room C303.

Where can I practice my presentation?
There is a presentation practice room located in the Speaker Ready Room (C303) and in the Community Room (C304-305).
How soon before my presentation do I need to arrive in my designated presentation room?
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your presentation.
As a presenter, what steps should I take upon arriving at i2 Summit?
- Register and get your name badge if you have not already done so.
- Visit the Speaker Ready Room (C303) to confirm that your presentation is uploaded if you have not already done so.
- Visit the Materials Pick-Up Kiosk in Lobby C if you have not picked up your materials previously.
- Be sure to pick up your faculty schedule card and name badge ribbon at the Faculty Reception or in the Faculty Lounge (C306-307) on site.
Who should I contact if I need A/V or technical assistance regarding my presentation?
Visit the Speaker Ready Room (C303).
Who should I contact if I am unable to arrive for my presentation?
Visit the information desk in Lobby C or contact Jill Diamond at 404-222-5924.
When and where is the Faculty Reception?
The Faculty Reception will take place at the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta, located downtown at 181 Peachtree Street, on Friday, March 10, from 7:00-9:00 pm. The Faculty Reception is for structured session i2 faculty only.
Miscellaneous
I have lost or found something. What should I do?
Visit the Lost and Found station in the Staff Office, room C308.
How do I apply for CME credit?
The College designates this educational activity for a maximum of 32.5 Category 1 credits toward the American Medical Association’s Physician Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits he or she actually spent in the activity. The AMA has determined that non-U.S. licensed physicians who participate in this CME activity are eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit. American College of Cardiology Foundation is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Please be sure to keep a record of the session numbers you attended. Save your badge number. You may enter your information beginning Friday, March 17, into the online ACC 2006 CME/CE Credit site by visiting www.acc.org.
