This year, the ACC opens its Annual Scientific Session Saturday afternoon. Our new schedule is designed to give you all the benefits you expect with less time out of the office plus an exciting Saturday schedule to kick-start your Atlanta experience! Come early to the Georgia World Congress Center for Super Saturday!

Super Saturday in Atlanta
10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 17th Annual Atlanta Fine Craft Show — Hall C4 The Craft Show is conveniently located in the GWCC and is the perfect spot to spend your morning before joining the ACC for our Grand Opening! More than 200 of the nation’s premier craft artists will be there with their museum-quality pieces. Show your ACC.06 or i2 Summit badge, and get a $2 VIP discount off the regular $10 ticket price.

12 p.m. – 2 p.m. Virtual Heart House Exhibit — Hall A3 Come early on Saturday for your first look at Heart House Washington, D.C. The exhibit will be open throughout ACC.06 and i2 Summit, but you’ll get a first look on Saturday with complimentary coffee service between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.

2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. Grand Opening Session — Hall A2 Join us as we kick off the 55th Annual Scientific Session and the inaugural i2 Summit. You’ll get a special video preview of these landmark meetings, find out what’s new and enjoy the traditions of the College. Betsy Nabel, M.D., F.A.C.C., presents the Simon Dack Lecture, and Pamela Douglas, M.D., F.A.C.C., gives her Plenary speech. Plus, ACC.TV, featuring lead anchor Randy Martin, M.D., F.A.C.C., makes its debut.

4 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Opening of the Exposition and Reception — Halls B2 – B5 Celebrate with us and explore our massive Exposition with a special catered reception in the Exhibit Hall. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about the latest advances in cardiovascular equipment, pharmaceuticals, devices and services from more than 440 exhibiting companies.

Also on Saturday, join our partners in industry for exciting educational symposia on topics like metabolic risk, mechanical support for heart failure, drug-eluting stents, resistant hypertension and more.
