American College of Cardiology

The ACC and the American Medical Association are jointly conducting a study to assess physicians' recent experiences with the professional liability system. The study findings will be used in the College's efforts to advocate for medical liability reform on both the state and federal level. A random sample of physicians has been selected to participate in the study. Members should be on the look out over the next two weeks for a postcard or email notifying them that they have been selected to participate. Those who are selected are urged to respond to help ensure the success of this study.
