Objectives: To
educate cardiovascular physicians, associates, and practice
administrators on the necessary components for launching a
P4P program in the practice setting. The program will explain
and examine the local and federal impacts of P4P on the practice
setting related to advocacy, reimbursement, and quality. Identify
the key components to prepare your practice. Learn how to
select, implement and utilize the electronic health record
to establish clinical practice profiles and to facilitate
data mining. Determine how to evaluate the success of your
practice operations and your practice administrator in meeting
P4P objectives.
