Changes that Occur with an Atrial Septal Defect—Movie demonstrating the physiologic and anatomic changes that occur with an ASD. With significant atrial level shunting, the right atrium, ventricle, and pulmonary bed dilate.

Surgically Induced Vascular Communication—Right coronary catheter was manipulated to selectively engage the anomalous LAD. Injection in the RAO projection demonstrates considerable flow through a fistula (arrow) arising from the proximal LAD and emptying into the right ventricular outflow tract below the prosthetic valve.

Intraoperative Epicardial Echocardiogram (Short Axis View)—Intraoperative epicardial echocardiography in the short axis view showing clear details of the endocardium and papillary muscle.

Leukocyte Chemotaxis Triggered by Chemokines—Leukocyte rolling and firmly adhesion are seen. A leukocyte traverses the endothelial cell monolayer (diapedesis).
