  • Understand the merits of CMR relative to other imaging modalities in the assessment of the CV system
  • Identify plaque imaging applications for CMR
  • Recognize the safety considerations for and contraindications to the performance of CMR .

Accreditation Statement:
The American College of Cardiology Foundation (ACCF) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The American College of Cardiology foundation takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity.

ACCF designates this educational activity for a maximum of 44 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CMRSAP does not provide extensive training or offer certification in the field of cardiology.
