PROGRAM
OVERVIEW
Learn in an interactive environment as the clinical experts lead you through 60 case-based questions from ABIM’s Cardiovascular Self-Evaluation Program (SEP). At the end of the program, submit your answers to ABIM and receive MOC credit for the SEP module.
Objectives
- Satisfy a self-evaluation (SEP) requirement for ABIM recertification
- Develop effective strategies for the successful completion of MOC requirements
- Determine your strengths in clinical decision making
Program Highlights
- Expert faculty lead you through ABIM’s Cardiovascular Self-Evaluation Program (SEP) Module 01-A
- Answers are determined from evidence presented by and discussed with expert faculty and fellow participants
- Compare your answers to your peers, anonymously, using an audience response system
- Receive MOC credit when you submit your answers to ABIM

AUDIENCE
To participate in this session you must enroll in ABIM’s MOC Program.
ABIM Diplomates may enroll in MOC (ABIM’s recertification program) by visiting the
Web site www.abim.org (online services).
All questions regarding recertification eligibility should be referred to the ABIM.
ACCREDITATION
The American College of Cardiology Foundation (ACCF) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The ACCF designates this activity for a maximum of 6 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should only claim credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
While offering CME credits noted above, the program is not intended to provide extensive training or certification in the field.

Fee
Fee includes boxed meal, beverage breaks and ABIM’s MOC Module.
Registration for the May MOC Cardiovascular Disease Module 01-A fees are:
Member: $445
Non-Member: $545
Cancellations
In order to receive a refund, written notification of cancellation must be received by CDS (HRS’s registration company), on or before Friday, April 13, 2007. A $75 administrative/processing fee will be withheld. Telephone requests cannot be honored. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 13, 2007.

Smoking is prohibited in all ACCF meeting rooms.
Videotaping, audiotaping and still photography are prohibited in all ACCF meeting rooms.
