Become a Cardiovascular Team Member of the ACC

Clinical Pharmacists practicing in both the US, Canada and Internationally are invited to apply to become Cardiovascular Team members of the ACC.

Applicants must have a clinical pharmacist PharmD degree and be licensed to practice in their state of employment. You must also submit a signed sponsorship form letter.

Those who have been CVT Members of the ACC for at least two years are invited to apply for the advanced designation, Associate of the American College of Cardiology (AACC). Find out more about the value of the AACC designation >>>

How to Apply: The Application Process

To apply, submit your application packet consisting of:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Copy of Your Practicing License
  • Completed and Signed Sponsorship Letter from a Current FACC, AACC or CVT Member
  • Payment of Annual Dues + Application Fee ($125 US)

Your Sponsors and Sponsorship Letters

Annual Dues and Fees

Please submit a total of $125 US with your application.

Annual dues are $100 US

Applicants must also submit a $25 application fee.
