Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners or Clinical Nurse Specialists are invited to apply to become Cardiovascular (CV) Team membership. Membership is open both to practitioners practicing in the U.S. and internationally.

Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Clinical Nurse Specialists practicing in both the US, Canada and Internationally are invited to apply to become Cardiovascular Team members of the ACC.

To apply, you must have an RN degree and be licensed to practice in your state/country of employment. You must also submit a signed sponsorship form letter.

To apply, submit your application packet consisting of:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Copy of Your Practicing License
  • Completed and Signed Sponsorship Letter from a Current FACC, AACC or CVT Member
  • Payment of Annual Dues + Application Fee ($135 US)

Annual dues are $110 US

Applicants must also submit a $25 application fee.
