AHA is set to kick off on Sunday in Chicago, and this once again looks to be a terrific meeting with exciting science. Who’s going? ACC’s presidential team will be there, and we’ve got quite the line-up of meetings scheduled. We always use meetings like ESC, TCT, AHA, etc., to reconnect with other cardiovascular care organizations, including international cardiovascular organizations.

It looks like there will be some interesting trials at AHA this year. ACC’s CardioSource Science & Quality editor-in-chief Chris Cannon, MD, FACC, will be discussing the implications of the trials that are released in the forums on CardioSource Communities (you’ll need to be logged into CardioSource to access this). Make sure to check it out and add your thoughts.
