Avoid the Benefits Cutoff! Renew by December 31, 2019
Renew your membership for 2020! It's easy to do online using our member renewal portal.
ACC offers its members the option of having their membership automatically renewed every year through the automatic payment of ACC membership dues. If you choose to enroll in the membership auto-renewal program, you will be sent an email 30 days prior to the auto-renewal of membership with a reminder that your card will be charged. ACC will charge your card annually for the same selections you made at the time of your enrollment, which include annual dues payments, plus any Member Sections, Chapters and/or JACC print subscriptions that you selected. Please note that ACC will not automatically charge for contributions to the ACC PAC or the Foundation; you must affirmatively select these contributions on an annual basis. You can opt out of auto-renewal, or manage your options, at any time by contacting ACC Member Care.
The ACC is excited to announce that it is now possible for a single individual to pay membership dues for one or more members without needing to know each member's username and password. All that's required is a single, free ACC.org login and each member's membership ID number. The new Multi-Payment Dues Portal is helpful not only for cardiovascular professionals whose assistants or practice administrators pay their dues, but also for practices and institutions with multiple ACC members that want to quickly and easily renew each member's dues for the next year. Contact ACC Member Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (800) 253-4636, ext. 5603, with any questions.
ACC's 21 Member Sections help you connect with members that share your subspecialty or interest area, and provide a unique opportunity for you to get involved and gain leadership experience. Already renewed your membership? Return to the renewal portal to add a Section to your profile. Member Section membership is always free for Fellows-in-Training, Residents and Students. Learn more about ACC's Member Sections.
Fellows, Cardiovascular Team Members, Associate Fellows and International Associate members are invited to extend complimentary membership to a nonmember care team colleague with their 2020 membership renewal.
After renewal, a special shareable promotional code will be emailed to you for distribution to colleagues who are not currently ACC members. Please allow 24 hours for payment to process and the email to be sent to you.
The offer is valid on cardiovascular team membership only, and is available only for the following professionals: nurses, physician assistants, clinical pharmacists, cardiac rehabilitation professionals and cardiovascular technologists.
If you did not receive your code, please email ACC Member Care at email@example.com and we will send one out to you.
If your membership has previously been resigned due to nonpayment, you can now reinstate easily online using the new Reinstatement Portal. Better yet, we are waiving all back dues. You only have to pay for 2020 membership to renew your access to ACC benefits and resources designed to help you transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health. Get started.

The ACC is a 501(c) 6 organization by IRS definition. College dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. ACC estimates that 13.17% of national dues are not deductible because of the College’s lobbying activities on behalf of its members.
ACC Chapters are by IRS definition 501(c)6 organizations and dues payments may be deductible as a business expense. The California Chapter is a 501(c)3. Some states participate in lobbying activities that make a portion of their dues non-deductible. For specific information, contact ACC Member Care by phone at (800) 253-4636, ext. 5603; direct dial (202) 375-6000, ext. 5603; or email email@example.com.
Member renewals are required annually for continued access to the ACC's benefits and resources. Renewals for 2020 are due on Dec. 10, 2019. All payments received after Jan. 1, 2020 will be assessed a $25 late fee. Additionally, membership discounts and benefits will be suspended for those accounts that remain unpaid, including access to member rates for WCC/ACC.20 and access to the JACC Journals. Members with unpaid dues for two years will be dropped from the College roll. In order to reinstate, please visit the Reinstatement Portal.
The ACC recognizes that sometimes, life happens, and your dues payment may have been missed this last year or two. For a limited time, ACC is offering the opportunity to reinstate your membership by waiving the previous years' dues owed on your record. If you previously had back dues listed on your statement, you will see them waived this year. If you have any questions, please contact ACC Member Care at 202-375-6000, ext. 5603.
Members who have completely retired from full-time practice may be eligible for a change in membership status. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
