ACC Announces 2027 Officers and New Trustees

The ACC Board of Trustees (BOT) has approved the College's next slate of officers and new trustees, who will begin their terms in April 2027 following ACC's Annual Scientific Session in Houston, TX. The incoming officers and two new trustees are:

  • Hani K. Najm, MD, MSc, FACC (President)
  • Jeffrey T. Kuvin, MD, FACC (Vice President)
  • Andrew M. Kates, MD, FACC (Trustee 2027-2031)
  • Laxmi S. Mehta, MD, FACC (Trustee 2027-2031)
  • Sanjay Gandhi, MBBS, MBA, FACC (Treasurer 2027-2030)

"We are pleased to announce the new slate of officers and trustees of the College, starting in 2027," said ACC Past President and Nominating Committee Chair Christopher M. Kramer, MD, MACC. "All of the new officers and board members have a terrific track record of service to the College, bring important competencies to the BOT, and all bleed ACC blue. We look forward to their leadership of the College in the years to come."
