Contemporary Multimodality Imaging Evaluation of Cardiac Amyloidosis

Webinar Overview

Join ACC's Cardiovascular Imaging Member Section for a case-based, multi-modality live discussion of the contemporary cardiovascular imaging evaluation of cardiac amyloidosis designed for a broad range of cardiovascular disease clinicians. This webinar will discuss the contemporary multimodality imaging evaluation of cardiac amyloidosis and incorporate relevant clinical cases. The session will focus on appropriate patient selection; optimal diagnostic pathways and unique applications of echocardiography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance and radionuclide imaging; use of imaging to guide treatment and assess response to therapy; and new horizons in imaging cardiac amyloidosis.

Key Objectives/Learning Outcomes: Webinar participants will be able to:

  1. Select patients appropriately for further imaging evaluation of cardiac amyloidosis.
  2. Apply echocardiology, cardiovascular magnetic resonance and radionuclide imaging in optimized diagnostic pathways to assess cardiac amyloidosis.
  3. Use multimodality cardiovascular imaging tools to guide treatment and assess response to therapy.
  4. Describe new horizons in cardiovascular imaging for cardiac amyloidosis.
