There is no shortage of opportunities to learn more about advocacy topics and engage with the ACC Advocacy team at ACC.25, taking place March 29-31 in Chicago, IL. Make the most of your time at the meeting by attending relevant Heart2Heart Stage discussions, participating at Town Halls primed for audience Q&A, and seizing opportunities for connection and learning provided by ACC's HeartPAC.
- Hear More on Noncompete Advocacy
Join state advocacy leaders and other noncompete experts for a Heart2Heart Stage discussion on Saturday, March 29 at 1:45 p.m. CT: "Stemming the Tide: Noncompete Agreements and State-Based Advocacy Strategies." This session will cover the legislative strategies available for clinicians to either ban noncompete agreements or balance competing interests in the health care system in their states and share ways ACC Chapters are currently working to address member concerns about restrictive covenants.
- Get the Latest CV Business and Private Equity Insights
Sessions covering business of cardiology topics will be held throughout the meeting, including these presentations on Sunday, March 30: "Cardiovascular Services in Ambulatory Surgery Centers" at 11 a.m. CT on the Heart2Heart Stage and "The Changing Dynamics of Cardiovascular Practice in the U.S." at 1:30 p.m. CT in S405.
Additionally, ACC members have spoken, voicing their interest in more education and discussion on private equity and cardiology. As a result, there will be a Town Hall session on Monday, March 31 at 1 p.m. CT titled: "ACC.25 Crowd-Sourced Session: Private Equity in Cardiology – Can Clinicians and Patients Thrive Here?" The session will provide historical context and describe the current landscape of private equity in medicine, identifying both benefits and risks for the field of cardiology.

Open to all HeartPAC contributors, the HeartPAC Lounge, located in the Lounge & Learn Pavilion, is your spot to connect with ACC Advocacy leaders and staff, learn about the College's advocacy priorities, and take some time to relax and recharge. The lounge is open Saturday through Monday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, offering free breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks.
Plus, learn more about HeartPAC's ongoing March Mayhem Challenge, where ACC Chapters battle to be crowned the College's March Mayhem Champion, and hear how you can qualify to attend this year's Annual HeartPAC Reception, to be held Sunday, March 30 at the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel.
