Payment Requirement for Release

Score reports are released after all applicable exam fees are paid.

If payment is still pending, reports may not be available until the balance is resolved. Program Directors and Coordinators should follow the payment instructions provided by ACC or contact ITE@acc.org with questions.

What do Program Directors Receive?

Program Directors and Coordinators receive access to reports and resources that support both fellow development and program evaluation.

Reports include:

• Program performance summaries
• Comparative program data
• Program score distribution information
• Fellow-level performance reports
• Score interpretation resources

These materials can help programs understand performance trends, identify areas for curriculum support, and guide conversations with fellows about future study.

What Do Examinees Receive?

Examinees receive their score reports from their Program Director or Coordinator. Program Directors and Coordinators should also provide any required score interpretation resources when sharing reports with examinees.

Examinees cannot access the Score Reports Dashboard directly.

Score reports can help fellows:

• Review their performance
• Identify knowledge gaps
• Plan future study
• Prepare for board certification exams
• Discuss learning goals with program leadership

Confidentiality Policy

ACC-ITE results are confidential and should be shared only with the appropriate people.

Individual score reports should only be provided to the examinee and authorized program personnel. Program-level results should not be posted publicly or shared in a way that identifies individual examinees.

Programs should follow ACC guidance and their institution's policies when downloading, storing and distributing score reports.
