As an exhibitor, you'll have the opportunity connect with attendees for one-on-one chats, provide instant feedback on their qualifications, and learn about their job preferences first hand.

How it Works:

• Register for the event and receive a fully customizable virtual booth. Customization is quick and easy. Make sure to showcase your open position(s), culture, and benefits. You will also have the option to embed an organizational video.
• At the live event, you will receive up to four seats (based on sponsorship level) for recruiters or members of your team to engage in one-on-one text, audio, and video-based chats with diverse candidates. Candidate demographic information and resume will be visible on the right-hand side of your screen for quick reference and more relevant conversations.
• After the event, you will be able to see records of all your conversations (including the chat transcript), and "quick follow-up" features, like forwarding candidates and scheduling, are built into the platform. You will also receive a complete list of candidates who registered for the event, including contact information, resume, demographics, and job preference indications for better prospecting and pipelining.
