Apply for the chance to present your work at ACC.18 when you submit your research for the Young Investigator Awards Competition (YIA) by Sept. 11. First-place winners in each of three categories — Clinical Investigations, Basic and Translational Science, and Outcomes Research — will receive a grand prize of $2,000. All 18 finalists (six in each category) will receive up to $1,500 in travel expense reimbursement to present their work at the Annual Scientific Session next March in Orlando. The YIA Competition is open to physicians, scientists, medical students and other health care providers currently in residency or fellowship programs, or who are no more than three years out of training.
