The multi-society 2017 AATS/ACC/SCAI/STS Expert Consensus Systems of Care Document on Operator and Institutional Requirements for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement is open for public comment. This document provides recommendations for institutions and individuals to assess their potential for initiating and/or maintaining a TAVR program. It is an update of the 2012 multi-society expert consensus document to reflect current practice and quality benchmarks.
