In this program, international knowledge experts worked together to develop education around heart failure treatment and management. New modules will be added every 2 months through the Spring 2018.
Globally, approximately 30 million people suffer from heart failure. Access to education is one of the largest impediments to successful treatment of these patients. This hub aims to educate and inform treatment of this growing population of heart failure sufferers.
Included in this hub education for health care professionals is featured. Recordings of new heart failure treatment presentations can be found under meetings on demand. Under the ACCSAP9 chapter on heart failure, healthcare professionals can explore the newest information on heart failure for their patients.
A collection of knowledge experts developed and reviewed the latest in heart failure management and treatment. Check in regularly for updates on this page and please share with colleagues that would benefit from this collection.
