Best of ACC.21: Bring the BEST Science from ACC.21 to your country!

The Best of ACC.21 Program brings the leading peer reviewed science to optimize patient care and outcomes to your country. The program offers licensed content to give cardiologists and the care team a comprehensive curriculum covering new developments in cardiovascular care and how they integrate into local practice.

The licensed content will cover practice-changing research and cutting-edge education including:

• Unique learning opportunities through a customized licensed program
• Top rated content from the Annual Scientific Session's 10 Learning Pathways comprising of approximately 60 presentations
• 10 sessions titled Year in Review with the option to choose which presentations will be utilized
• Option to license any other additional sessions at an additional cost, including the recorded sessions and/or Late Breaking Clinical Trials
• Ability to translate into country native language

Licensee will receive the following from ACC:

License

• ACC will provide a non-exclusive content license
• ACC will provide a non-exclusive trademark license to use the "Best of ACC" Mark
• ACC will provide a one-year license

ACC Content

• ACC will provide 10 sessions of the highest-ranking abstracts (65 presentation files)
• ACC will provide LBCT upon request for an additional cost to be determined
• ACC will provide original slides from the ACC Annual Scientific Session

ACC Services

• ACC will promote the event with ACC members in the country of the event and on the ACC website
• ACC will provide the "Best of ACC" logo
• ACC will provide various templates
• ACC will provide consultation

The Licensee is responsible for the following:

License

• The Licensee will use the ACC content without any alterations
• The licensee may not assign, sublicense or subcontract the licenses or any other rights granted to it by ACC to any third party without prior written approval from ACC

ACC Content

• The Licensee will not provide any ACC non-public content to any to anyone unless a confidentiality agreement has been signed
• The licensee will not reproduce any ACC content after the end of the event unless a separate agreement is signed
• The licensee will acknowledge original author of content.

Limitations of Use

• The license has permission to reproduce ACC content for presentation at the event to attendees
• The licensee will use the ACC "Best Of" trademark

Events, Quality and Approvals

• The licensee is responsible for organizing the event
• The licensee will send all marketing materials to ACC for approval
• The licensee will cover the expenses of a quality audit

Financial and Reporting

• The licensee will pay an initial payment once contract is signed in USD
• The licensee will pay the balance of the licensee after the event takes place US
