Happy PA Week to ACC’s PAs!

National PA Week is Oct. 6-12. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you do to advance cardiovascular medicine, and to share some exciting updates from the PA Work Group.

Thank you to everyone who recently completed the PA Work Group Survey. Your responses are incredibly valuable and give us insight into the overarching goals of education, visibility of PAs within the ACC and PA advocacy.

Over the next year, the PA Work Group will participate in educational podcasts and webinars as part of ACC's CV Team Member Section activities. We are excited to provide clinical pearls and best-practices that you can apply to your daily practice. Our goal is to keep us all connected and current as we strengthen the voice of the PA Work Group and make the PA Forum at ACC.24 in Atlanta, GA the best yet!

This is an exciting time for PAs and the perfect opportunity to celebrate the PA profession with your colleagues.

Invite your PA peers to join the ACC in October using the code PAPharmD23. They will receive free membership for the remainder of 2023 and their $25 application fee will be waived. This special offer will run all month long in celebration of National PA Week!

We hope to see everyone get involved in the PA Work Group!

Best wishes,

Amy Simone, PA-C, FACC
