The WIC Communications Work Group would like to challenge the WIC Section to create a Go Red For Women TikTok or Instagram post between now and Feb. 28! One of our goals this year is to increase engagement with future and fellow WICs by expanding our social media presence on Instagram and TikTok. Your post can be about how you stay heart healthy or how you advise others to stay heart healthy! Get creative! Use the hashtag #WomenInCardiology so others will be able to find your post. A lot of the WIC community is currently on Twitter so be sure to tweet your post, too. Each post is an entry into our lottery for a fun prize!

Here is a short guide on how to create a TikTok, but our best advice is to download the app and start exploring for yourself! There are already quite a few #WomenInCardiology posting already. Participation is encouraged, but not required.
