ACC's Women in Cardiology (WIC) Section will host a WIC Leadership Workshop on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Washington, DC. This year's workshop, taking place the day before the start of ACC Legislative Conference 2023, will address changing workplace culture by promoting allyship, the intersectionality of gender and race, why health equity is everyone's responsibility, and advocacy both on the federal and state levels.
