ACC Around the World | The ACC continues to play an important role in improving cardiovascular care worldwide. In January, Valentin Fuster, MD, PhD, MACC, and 11 other ACC faculty attended a Cardiovascular Symposium in Mumbai, India. Fuster led the conversation around the latest scientific updates and guidelines to better serve patients, as well as the newest cardiovascular health trends and challenges. The two-day program reached 1,200 cardiologists, who represent over one third of the cardiovascular community in India.
