To what extent do you think the results of STICHES will affect use of PCI for revascularization in low LVEF patients?

STICHES (STICH Extension Study), a 10-year follow-up study of the STICH (Surgical Treatment for Ischemic Heart Failure) trial that compared surgical revascularization to optimal medical therapy for patients with ischemic heart disease and reduced left ventricular function, showed significantly improved cardiac and all-cause survival in late follow-up. Although this trial included surgical revascularization, to what extent do you think the results of this trial will affect use of percutaneous coronary intervention for revascularization in patients with low left ventricular ejection fraction?
