CardiologyMore than 500 individual hospitals are publicly reporting data from the CathPCI Registry and ICD Registry as part of ACC’s public reporting program, which launched in 2015. Information on all NCDR hospitals and data on select measures for opted-in hospitals are available through FindYourHeartaHome.org, powered by CardioSmart. This tool, which helps patients and their caregivers make decisions on where to receive cardiovascular care, empowers patients, simplifies information and ensures quality care. Find Your Heart a Home also helps clinicians get the information needed to make cardiovascular care recommendations.
