Poll: CABG vs. PCI for Treatment of Significant Left Main CAD

There has been much discussion about recent trial results (EXCEL [Evaluation of XIENCE versus Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery for Effectiveness of Left Main Revascularization]) suggesting possible equipoise in cardiovascular outcomes between coronary artery bypass grafting surgery (CABG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for significant left main (LM) coronary artery disease (CAD) out to 5 years. We're curious how interventional cardiologists assess the relative benefit and use of CABG for significant LM CAD based on trial data and personal clinical experience.
