Join the American College of Cardiology
As a geriatrician, the majority of your patients are older than 60 years of age—a patient group predisposed to cardiovascular disease. Older patients also incur the most complications from cardiac events and procedures, which makes staying up-to-date on the latest in cardiovascular treatments all the more important. As an Affiliate member of the ACC, you’ll gain access to resources that will help you stay at the top of your field, administer only the best cardiovascular care and help your patients gain a better understanding of their conditions and treatments.
Applicants should have the recognized/accredited education, training and certification/licensure OR a relevant appointment at a recognized institution.
