Highlights: • Professor of internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine, • Published indexed manuscripts including peer-reviewed articles and research-based manuscripts • Published six chapters in medical textbooks • Named in the ‘Best Doctors’ list in the Oct. 2018 and 2019 issue of Columbus Business First • First Lady-State Of Ohio Accomplishment Award Recipient, 1997 • Cardiac Rehabilitation Program Founder at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital, 1996 As an electrophysiologist, I treat patients with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supra-ventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, and implant left atrial appendage occlusion device as well as cardiac implantable electronic devices. At Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I am able to place patients at the center of my care plan, where I have access to cutting edge technology and some of the most advanced research in the field of cardiac electrophysiology in order to ensure that patients receive the best care possible. I enjoy working in field of cardiac electrophysiology that is rapidly developing to meet the needs of patients with heart arrhythmia. From a research standpoint, Ohio State opens many doors to test new methods that ultimately benefit our patients. In my free time I enjoy reading, spend time with my children, traveling with my family and exploring the world. I also love to give back to my community through organizations activities. Improving the lives of those around me allows me to feel that I fulfill my duty as a father, husband, and a doctor.
