Pratik Sandesara, MD

Professional Bio:

Dr. Pratik Sandesara graduated from the combined 6-year BA/MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2013 and went on to do his residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University. Following residency, Dr. Sandesara stayed at Emory for general cardiology fellowship in the clinical-investigator track. He was highly productive during this time, with over 80 peer-reviewed publications in high impact medical journals and numerous national and international research presentations. He then completed his Interventional Cardiology training at Emory and served as the chief Interventional Cardiology fellow. He was one of the inaugural Complex and High-Risk Interventional Procedures (CHIP) fellows at Emory. Dr. Sandesara is passionate about high quality patient care, medical education, and clinical research. His clinical focus is on complex and high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention including chronic total occlusion revascularization.
