The ACC continues to play an important role in improving cardiovascular care worldwide. Recently, Valentin Fuster, MD, PhD, MACC, and eleven other ACC faculty attended the Cardiovascular Symposium on Jan. 23 and Jan. 24, in Mumbai, India. Fuster led the conversation around the latest scientific updates and guidelines to better serve patients, as well as the newest cardiovascular health trends and challenges. The program reached 1,200 cardiologists, which represent over one third of the cardiovascular community in India.
