This year the ACC will hold a joint session with the American Heart Association (AHA) during the World Congress of Cardiology & Cardiovascular Health (WCC) in Mexico City, Mexico, June 4 –7. The joint ACC/AHA session will take place on June 5, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. and will focus on “Contemporary Management of Advanced Heart Disease.” Several ACC leaders will attend the meeting, including John Gordon Harold, MD, MACC, past-president of the ACC, and Jagat Narula, MD, PhD, MACC, editor-in-chief of JACC: Cardiovascular Imaging.
