The FIT Employment Webinar Series, From Residency to Reality", hosted by ACC's Fellows in Training (FIT) Member Section, is a three-part webinar taking place July through September that addresses all aspects of job searching after fellowship. This process can sometimes seem daunting, and our goal is to provide you with tools to tackle it, so that you can end up with your dream job. Part One will focus on the job search; Part Two will focus on assessing practices, and how to prepare and approach job interview; and Part Three is all about contract assessment and negotiation.
