Goal
At the end of this course, learners will receive in-depth reviews of the latest scientific advancements and cutting-edge developments in cardiovascular care. The course is organized around core areas of cardiovascular medicine and addresses a wide range of disease processes that clinicians encounter in practice. Learners will gain the knowledge and skills needed to incorporate these recent advances into their clinical practice, focusing on the latest methods for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular diseases, and ensuring that they are well-prepared to apply these innovations in real-world patient care.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate accurate interpretation and utilize evolving imaging techniques for clinical assessment.
- Evaluate contemporary approaches to acute coronary syndrome and their implications for patient management.
- Identify evolving strategies for evaluating and managing coronary, cerebrovascular, and thromboembolic disease.
- Discuss trends, challenges, and emerging solutions in cardiovascular disease prevention.
- Apply contemporary approaches to treating patients with heart failure and rhythm disorders, incorporating considerations of health disparities in access, diagnosis, and treatment strategies.
- Evaluate evolving strategies and implications for the management of valve heart disease.
- Compare and contrast current challenges in managing patients with aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve disease or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Cancellations
Requests for cancellations will be honored and processed minus a $199 USD administrative fee. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to CVsymposium@maritz.com on or before Nov. 5, 2026. After Nov. 5, 2026, registration fees are non-refundable.
The ACC will not refund due to travel carrier cancellations or other unforeseen incidents beyond attendee's control. All attendees are urged to purchase personal travel insurance.
Full conference attendees may change their registration to the one-day package free of charge until November 5, 2026, by contacting Maritz customer service at CVsymposium@maritz.com. ACC reserves the right to cancel the course in the unlikely event of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is canceled or postponed, ACC will refund registration tuition but cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses, including cancellation/change penalties assessed by airlines, travel agencies or hotels.
