Cardio Renew

The ACC's Cardio Renew program is designed to support mid-career ACC members through a virtual-based curriculum focused on resilience, reflection and reconnection. Cardio Renew promotes well-being through a coaching curriculum focused on self-leadership, emotional intelligence and personal growth.

Program Highlights and Format

  • Seven-month cohort experience
  • Six virtual modules (90 minutes) – Session dates detailed in the application link
  • In-person meet & greet at ACC.26 (mandatory)
  • Optional 1:1 coaching sessions

This program is not CME certified.

Who May Apply?

  • ACC members in good standing
  • Mid-career cardiovascular professionals (including CV Team members and program directors)
  • Members without prior ACC leadership cohort experience
  • Members without current or prior ACC leadership roles
  • Applications must be completed and submitted by Jan. 15, 2025. Only completed applications received by the deadline will be considered.

Why Cardio Renew?

Burnout is a growing concern among cardiovascular professionals, especially women and mid-career clinicians. Cardio Renew will provide a safe, supportive space to explore personal values, understand the role of emotional resilience and reconnect with your Why.
