"The outpatient services designation has helped remind us that managing HF is not just an inpatient issue," said John Rommel, MD, director of HF at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center. "We must continue to strive to provide exceptional services no matter where the patient is located, ensuring safe transitions from inpatient to the outpatient setting."
