JACC Honors Seven William W. Parmley Young Author Achievement Awardees

The winners will be recognized during ACC.26 in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (Mar 27, 2026) -

JACC, the flagship journal of the American College of Cardiology, will recognize seven primary authors with the William W. Parmley Young Author Achievement Award during ACC.26 in New Orleans.

Also known as the Parmley Prize, the award is named after Dr. William W. Parmley, a past editor-in-chief of JACC. It puts the spotlight on exceptional first-author publications by trainees in JACC and aims to elevate trainee-led research and highlight their contributions to cardiovascular research. All papers are evaluated based on originality, methodology, presentation and importance.

This year’s winners and their mentors are:
