Accessing the Exam Hub

Registered Program Directors and Coordinators use the Exam Hub for:

  • Proctoring materials
  • Technical readiness resources
  • Workstation preparation
  • Incident reporting
  • Score report access, when available

Already Registered?

Use the Program Director/Coordinator Hub link provided in your registration confirmation email to access resources and exam tools.

Before Exam Day

Program Coordinators should prepare early so exam day runs smoothly. Before exam day, programs should:

  • Confirm registered examinees
  • Review exam dates and fellow information
  • Prepare the testing room or remote setup
  • Check computer readiness
  • Remind examinees to complete prerequisites
  • Review Exam Hub materials

Examinees will need to:

  • Review required agreements
  • Confirm exam access
  • Complete identity verification
  • Use the practice exam
  • Confirm their computer is ready, if using a personal device

Program Coordinators should remind examinees to complete all required prerequisites before exam day.

Technical Requirements

All computers used for the exam must meet ACC's current system requirements. Programs should:

  • Review current technical requirements
  • Confirm all computers are exam-ready
  • Plan for local technical support when possible
  • Address browser, network, or firewall issues early

Proctor Roles and Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the Program Coordinator of the Training Program to serve as the exam proctor unless this responsibility is delegated. The proctor must administer the exam and maintain a secure, standardized testing environment.

Proctors are responsible for:

  • Confirming approved examinees
  • Monitoring the testing environment
  • Maintaining exam security
  • Reporting technical issues or irregularities
  • Protecting confidential exam content

Exam Day Details

The ACC-ITE is a six-hour exam. Additional time is needed for setup, verification, breaks, and completion activities. Programs should allow time for:

  • Check-in
  • Seating
  • Workstation setup
  • Identity verification
  • Exam sections and breaks
  • Post-exam steps

Exam Security Expectations

The ACC-ITE is secure and confidential.

Programs should:

  • Protect exam content
  • Maintain a secure testing environment
  • Prevent access to unauthorized materials
  • Report irregularities through the proper ACC process

Exam Day Support

For exam-day issues:

  • Follow support instructions in the Exam Hub
  • Have local technical support available when possible
