We will be accepting up to 20 posters and they should be no larger than 4' x 4'. A regular poster size is about 3' x 4'. Posters must be placed in the Regency Ballroom C of the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill by 10 a.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 3.

You will be assigned a specific space when you arrive. Presentation walls and tacks will be available for you to hang your poster. Posters should be removed at the end of the day. Any remaining posters will be discarded.

Poster Judging

Posters will be judged during the lunch, prior to the pre-session – between 11:00 a.m. and noon ET, in two separate shifts (11 – 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – noon p.m. ET) so that poster participants may break for lunch.

Their quality will be rated for criteria such as identification of a health policy issue; appropriateness of research design and of data analysis; interpretation of results; clarity of oral presentation; description of relevance of findings to public health; and overall presentation skills.

Rapid-fire poster presenters will be announced right before the question and answer part of the pre-session.
