The ACC is launching a year-long structured mentoring program to provide real-world support and coaching for early career members.

For those interested in participating, the ACC will match a select cadre of early career cardiovascular professionals to select cardiovascular leaders within. The intention is to pair the mentor/mentee via a targeted selection process, leading to a meaningful relationship aligned to key areas of growth and development critical to the mentee.
