ACC's African American/Black Internal Medicine Cardiology Program Accepting Applicants Through Aug. 20

Considering where to take your career in medicine that will make a difference in your community? African American/Black internal medicine residents and interns are invited to learn more about the field of cardiology as part of the first cohort of the ACC's African American/Black Internal Medicine Cardiology Program, accepting applications now through Aug. 20. The program, which will kick off Oct. 15 – 16 at Heart House in Washington, DC, will incorporate virtual and in-personal educational resources and networking opportunities to foster relationships with a cadre of cardiology mentors who will be available to guide, support and coach selected participants considering careers in cardiology.
