What is the CCKE Refund Policy?

• CCKE cancellations made within 8-21 days prior to the exam will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
• There are no cancellations within 7 days, or one week, prior to the exam and no refunds will be issued.

All CCKE cancellations must be sent in writing to ccke@acc.org.

Deferrals are not available with the CCKE. If you have already registered for an exam and need to choose a different date, please submit a cancellation request as noted above and register for a future exam.

If I Retake the Exam, Will I Need to Pay Again?

Your exam fee covers the cost of one exam. If you retake the exam, a separate fee will apply. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.

If I Do Not Pass the Exam, Can I Take it Again?

You may take the exam multiple times, but not in consecutive years. If you take the exam in the fall and do not pass, you must skip the next fall administration and wait until the following year to retake it.
