The ACC believes in the strength and the necessity of the care team model to transform cardiovascular care.

To ensure a greater diversity of voices at the table, Fellowship is now open to those whose education, professional achievements and involvement in the College merit special consideration.

The ACC invites clinicians, researchers, scientists and cardiovascular team members to apply for Fellowship in the ACC.

International High-Income Country Dues: $310
International Low-/Middle-Income Country Dues: $210

Applicants must:

  • Have a membership in a recognized medical society in their country – OR – upload a sponsorship letter from a current physician member of the ACC
  • Have completed medical professional education and training

International Associates may not use the FACC designation.

  • Have a membership in a recognized medical society in their country – OR – upload a sponsorship letter from a current physician member of the ACC
  • Be education and trained in another non-cardiovascular medical discipline

International Affiliates may not use the FACC designation.

Applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in a cardiovascular training program

What You Need to Apply

You must upload a formal letter from your institution verifying your enrollment in a cardiovascular training program when you complete your online membership application.

Application Fee: $25

Membership Criteria

International CV Team membership is open to Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinical Pharmacists, PAs and Genetic Counselors.

Applicants must be licensed to practice in their country of employment.

What You Need to Apply

Applicants must upload one of the following with their application:

  • Copy of their practicing license
  • Employment verification
  • A sponsorship letter signed by a current Fellow of the ACC, Associate of the ACC or CV Team member
