To celebrate 40 years of partnership, the ACC and Merck are joining forces with the Association of Black Cardiologists (ABC) to offer three Research Fellowships in the amount of $100,000 each. The Merck Research Fellowship Awards are awarded to those that support research in adult cardiology and are currently in an adult cardiology fellowship training program. Preference for one of the awards will be given to an applicant focusing on disparities of care. This year, judging for two of the awards will be by the ACC/Research Fellowship Awards Committee and the third award will be awarded by the ABC to someone who is a current member of the Association.
