Advocate For Your Patients at ACC Legislative Conference

August 3, 2026

Announcements

ACC Advocacy has been hard at work pushing for access to AEDs and other evidence-based policies to protect athletes from sudden cardiac arrest. In the past year, several state chapters have advocated for successful passage of AED access legislation, and the College continues to advocate for full funding of the HEARTS Act at the federal level, making AEDs available in public elementary and secondary schools. Join us for ACC Legislative Conference Oct. 4-6 in Washington, DC, to continue moving other ACC-priority bills forward. At the conference, you will hear from health policy experts, ACC leaders and fellow colleagues dedicated to patient advocacy. Additionally, for the first time this year, continuing education credit will be offered in conjunction with the conference! Credit information coming soon. Learn more and register today.
