What You Need to Apply:

• Receipt of the FACC Eligiblity Calculator Qualification Summary. (Launch Calculator)
• Sponsorship from two current FACCs. Select directly through the application or use the sponsorship forms . – (One letter may be from the president of the cardiovascular society of the applicant's country

International Associates may not use the FACC designation.

• You must have a formal letter from your institution verifying your enrollment in a cardiovascular training program.

Membership: Cardiovascular (CV) Team - Outside of US

To apply, candidates must:

• Be licensed to practice in your country of employment.
• Spend the majority of your professional time in the cardiovascular field.

What You Need to Apply:

• Applicants must upload one of the following with the application:
  • Copy of practicing license
  • Employment verification
  • A sponsorship letter signed by a current Fellow of the ACC, Associate of the ACC or CV Team member
