The third Roundtable in the three-part PRIME-Heart Initiative series will bring together experts to examine how the evolving care experience can help shift the healthcare ecosystem and society toward earlier, more proactive ASCVD prevention.

The first session will explore how patient and clinician perspectives, technology, and data can help translate risk insights into meaningful action. The second session will shift to care delivery, examining what clinicians and health systems can do now to enable earlier prevention and what will require longer-term changes in policy, care infrastructure, and the broader environment.

Guided by the expert presentations and focused discussion questions, participants will clarify priority gaps and identify feasible opportunities for future resources and initiatives in ASCVD primary prevention.
