Enrollment and Consent
By selecting the auto-renew option at checkout, You expressly elect to have Your subscription to the Product automatically renew for successive subscription periods. You acknowledge and agree that such election constitutes Your express consent to be charged for each renewal term unless and until You elect to opt out of auto-renewal.
Renewal Periods In the event that You elect to have Your access to the Product automatically renew for additional subscription periods, You shall have access to the Product for each renewal period as set forth in Your subscription plan, as disclosed to You during the purchase checkout process and also as set forth in Your acc.org profile, and You hereby acknowledge and agree to such renewal terms.
Charges and Payment
Each renewal term will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of initial subscription or most recently updated payment method on file. Renewal charges will occur at the beginning of each renewal period and shall be billed at the then-current rate, unless otherwise communicated to You.
Cancellation You may cancel Your auto-renewal at any time prior to the end of the current subscription term. Cancellation may be made by managing Your subscription under My ACC → Subscriptions or by contacting ACC Member Care.
Modifications
ACC reserves the right to modify these auto-renewal terms, including renewal rates and payment methods, upon providing notice to You prior to the next renewal period. Continued use of the Product following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
